Perform the following Web Query in Excel.
Track some stocks using the MSN Money Central Investor Stock Quotes option within Excel. Pick 3 stocks from the following list of Company Names and Stock Symbols and perform a Web Query to track these stocks.

After you do the query you will want to test it by using the refresh options on the External Data toolbar to see that your quotes can be updated (meaning changes on the Web Site are reflected in your query). You may also wish to explore some of the links available within your query such as the charts or the web pages that can be accessed via these links. After doing so make sure you go back to the web query in Excel before continuing with the assignment.
Save your query in Excel under a file name reflecting your name (i.e., Jim Nguyen.xls). After you save the query, we would like you to zip your file to make it smaller so that the TA's mailbox can handle all of these files. To zip your file, right click on it's icon and select the option that reads "Add to filename.zip" (filename.zip could read "Add to Jim Nguyen.zip"). This will create a separate icon reflecting the file in zipped condition. Attach only this zipped file to an e-mail and send it to the TA by the date listed on your syllabus.
Enter "MIS 310 Web Query" on the subject line of your e-mail.
